More About Photo Gifts Mall?

We operate from offices in Lima, Ohio, Hong Kong and a manufacturing facility in China.

 

We created and tested our original unique online Photo Gifts Creation system back in 2004. The cutting edge software we use on our websites is interfaced with computer and printing machinery hardware and software in a facility operated by Poying Trading Limited, our strategic manufacturing partner based in China.

Our administrative headquarters are located in Hong Kong and have a full time staff of 20 people who manage our daily operations. With the rapid expansion of our business, Poying Trading Limited created a new factory with two made-to-order production lines, located in the Fujian Province of China. The new factory was established in 2006 and provides us with a production floor area of some 160,000 square feet. Now with more than 150 staff, processing several thousand orders per day, our business continues to grow with great strength.

All of our manufactured products are sent to Hong Kong where they undergo a “Quality Inspection Check” before being sent to Hong Kong Post Office for delivery via USPS to destinations all over the world.

Our made-to-order production lines located in China help to save us lots of labor and factory rental costs. That is how we can maintain such low and competitive prices. Our average prices are 30% lower than our competitors located in the United States and United Kingdom. There are no significant differences in production and transit times. From the time we receive customer orders, we are able to process them, produce them and send them to Hong Kong Post Office within 48 hours. It then takes about 6-10 business days for shipment arrival.

We are very proud of the fact that we were a profitable company in our very first year. Since then sales volumes have increased dramatically every year. Our online customization systems, production lines and our supporting systems have all been fully tested in terms of volume, accuracy and security.

At the beginning of 2006 we only had 30 different products that could be customized. Since then, we have experienced great demand for our customization services. With many suggestions coming from our customers, we have added many more great new products. We currently have over 300 different products that can be customized, including the hottest items in the market like Black T-shirts, USB Flash Drives, Wrist Watches, Dog Tags, Wallets, Money Clips, Key Chains, Belt Buckles, Pen Holder Clocks, Business Card Holders and many more…… We hope to increase our product range to 400 during 2010. This will make us one of the biggest customization websites with the widest choice of customizable products.

Pleasant and Safe Environment

It is our aim to provide the most pleasant and safe business environment for our customers. Our servers are located in one of the top datacenters in Hong Kong and have 10MB of dedicated bandwidth to overseas connections. This bandwidth is subject to upgrade in order to maintain a service level with an average 50% peak usage. Our system is monitored on a full time basis, 24/7, by technicians to ensure we provide a non-interrupted service to our customers all over the world. We will continue to watch the latest technological advances to make sure our systems continue to be as robust and secure as possible.
